Celebrate Earth Day with family-friendly hands-on activities, science and solutions! Participate in climate action activities offered by more than 25 local organizations in the outdoor river campus. Help create a community art project, check out the hands-on exhibits and splash in the water feature. Hop on board an electric bus and touch an electric trash truck.
FREE corndogs or nacho tots for the first 200 people and additional food available for purchase through Life's Kitchen and Popsicle Pedaler.
Entertainment line-up:
10:30 -11:30 am Story Time by Boise Public Library!
12:30-1:15 pm Open Arms Dance Project Waterways performance on the plaza
The event is FREE; no registration required. Event takes place rain or shine.
NEW this year! Bike the greenbelt to the event. The West Boise Water Renewal facility gate to the greenbelt will be open for you to safely bike through the facility to the event. Route guidance signs and staff will be on-site to assist you from the greenbelt to The WaterShed.
